I was very pleasantly surprised as to how solid this was once it was assembled. Assembly did not give my husband any problems and all parts and pieces were intact and stable. The deck is wider which gives a young toddler more stability while learning their own balance. The three wheel base is very secure and does not feel like it will fall apart easily. I got this for my 3 year old who was so sad she couldn't scoot with the big kids. This was the perfect size for her. It easily snapped together and felt super sturdy. Handlebar was easily adjusted to the perfect height. Took a few minutes for her to get super confident with it but now we can't stop her. This scooter has thick wheels, I like it because it has lights on the wheels and they turn on when my daughter rides it.You can adjust the height of the handlebars very easily and the scooter looks like a of good quality material.The only thing would be the design of the pink base where they stand, it is very thin and on the bottom has a black support bar on the center of the skateboard, leaving the sides of the base without support, so I feel it could be less resistant on the sides.

My 3 year old niece was super happy to get this pink scooter. She has already mastered it and is scootering all over the place. I think it's well made and can take the abuse a toddler can give it. It looks exactly as pictured on the product page. Since this product already has 51 reviews I doubt there is anything unique I can add. It's obviously a fun scooter and should last a long time.

Bought this for my granddaughter for her 3rd birthday and she jumped right on it. Right now she's gaining confidence with it on the back patio or in an unobstructed hallway but I'm sure it won't be long before she's comfortable on the sidewalk.I was a little disappointed that the wheels don't light up until you build up some speed so she can't see them light up, but otherwise very happy with this scooter.

This was so easy to put together a fifth grader could do it. Even though this scooter is made of mostly plastic, it's very solid. As instructed take the handle from underneath and snap it in, you'll be scootin in no time.
