Review on ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ Kikkerland Pea Stainless Steel Wind: A Stylish and Resilient Wind Chime for Outdoor Dรฉcor by Ognjen Cao

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Big factory with spooky traffic!

Le Pinch is my second Kikkerland toy and I have to say based on the reviews I've read I wasn't expecting too much. Fortunately, the toy far exceeds my low expectations. I really like how the toy squirms as it crawls on the surface. He looks so much like a real worm (although MXYKIKKER is probably scarier with his antennae!). There are two possible problems with the toy. Because the bits may have residual stress, I first noticed that the worm's body was slightly deformed upon arrival. I squeezed it pretty tight when trying to clean it up and now the toy runs pretty smoothly. Also, since the gears are plastic, I'm concerned about the longevity of the toy (although I suspect my infatuation will be even more short-lived). A note for owners whose toys suddenly stopped working: check to see if the hair is stuck. in transition. Because it creeps deep on the surface, the gears are particularly prone to seizing. This is especially true if you are using the toy on a carpeted surface, as the worm will effectively sink into the fibers of the carpet. Once my toy got stuck and I thought it was dead. Fortunately, removing the hair with tweezers brought the worm back to life!

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Hard to say
