Works well, helps with breakdowns. I don't overdo it so I average 1 to 2.5 ounces, sometimes 3 on a good day. But it helped me get 2 ounces a lot quicker than before. However, this is not a magic solution. Pumping/breastfeeding is still a lot of supply and demand, you can't expect it to magically increase your supply.

Pros

Helps with breastfeeding problems, Helps relieve pain caused by blocked milk ducts, engorgement and mastitis. Instead of a tired hand massage, you prevent new blockages with gentle vibration and heat and make breastfeeding, breastfeeding and pumping more pleasant and relaxing.
