Review on Sangean MMR-88 Emergency Radio - AM/FM/Weather+Alert with Solar, Hand Crank, USB, Flashlight, Siren, Smartphone Charger in Yellow by Renee Walters

I bought Sangean MMR-88, Midland ER310 and Running Snail at the same time. Everything seems to be up and running right out of the box after a day of testing. Time will tell how long they last and work. Personally, I prefer the Sangean MMR-88 to the other two I've bought. It appears to have better build quality and speaker/sound than the ER310 and Running Snail. The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't give you the option of using an extra battery like the ER310 does. The digital tuning on the MMR-88 and ER310 is better than the dial tuning on the green snail. The dog sound alarm on the ER310 appears to be incorrect. My dog didn't even flinch when I activated it right next to him. If I could only buy one of three of these three models, I would go for the Sangean MMR-88.
