Plugged in immediately to charge. One boot didn't light up at all to indicate it was being charged. I played around with the wires a bit and they eventually charged (left for the night). Three days later they wore 3 hours. One boot didn't respond to the mode change and the other didn't turn off at all. This time it gets fixed without much fuss. So maybe good for a short wear. But not worth it for the price.
