I bought this device with such amazing features. I expected him to be strong. However, after a few days of use, I had to buy a cooling pad because the keyboard is very hot; I felt like my hands were on the stove. I expected the laptop to get hot, but I've only played auto chess in Dota 2 and League of Legends, which don't require much work from the GPU and CPU. However, I expected the laptop to get hot and was told I had bought a cooling pad - a really good one - Thermaltake Massive 20 RGB Steel Mesh Panel with a single 200mm fan. And you know the keyboard is still very popular. Last but not least I tried to return it and had to pay about $500 for a return even though I only used it for a week just to check the temp while playing. Honestly, this is such a scam. Overall, this seller option is just horrible, 7 days usage and having to pay up to $500 for returns.
