Review on 🍰 Wahei Freiz Home Bakery Slicer PS-955: The Ultimate Cutting Solution by Akebono Industry by Cynthia Bennett

It took me a while to arrive (from Japan) but today I tried the slicer and it works really really well. I'm one of those people who can't cut bread or anything else straight. All other slicers have let me down, but Wahei is one of a kind. It guides your blade precisely and because the weight of the bread is pointing down, the slices come out evenly. All instructions are in Japanese, but a few minutes with the slicer will give you an idea. You have to be careful not to cut some of the plastic guide, but it's not difficult. I am glad that this meat grinder is in my kitchen!
