My kids and I are learning how to make tie stamps with this set. So far the results have been excellent and far exceeded our initial expectations. Turns out, tie-dye t-shirts are super easy to make, and considering how popular tie-dye stamps are these days, it's a lot cheaper to buy white t-shirts and do the work yourself than getting them at a clothing store to pay . It's also fun and creative. What I didn't really like is that the colors are presented as a powder that is mixed just before use. The directions state that the mixture loses its potency after a few hours, so it's basically "use it or lose it". It doesn't really matter because there are a lot of powder packets in the set and the whole pack is pretty cheap, but I wish there were either pre-mixed shades or shades that can be stored after mixing. Very happy with the set, if you haven't already you should try to get it to have fun with your kids while trying out your tie play skills!
