Luckily we bought a guarantee because we are contacting them again having already brought the first pair back to school in two weeks. The kids diligently clean them every day, but the first set stopped working together and this new set, a pair of headphones, has an ear that has gone silent. It took exactly 2 weeks for the new sets to stop working. The mics went first, which was great for online learning, and then the headphones stopped working. We had to use the warranty we bought to get our money back as the original 30 day coverage had expired since the initial purchase but the warranty company was easy to deal with and the Revain gift card was emailed to me directly sent with the purchase price.
