In 2014 I had a Lithonia suspension installed in my house and one of the lights failed and I couldn't find exactly the same shade in 4k as I have current in 4k. Finally got this to see 1. if it fits in the tin 2. to see how wrong the color was. Of course it's not color coded but at least it matched the glass. The one I got from Lithonia was warm and totally colorless and the other model from Lithonia was very close to the color tone (4k) but didn't match due of the mold on the old Lithonia 4" tin. I finally tried it and it fits, although it's whiter than my current one. So I took this new one to my office and from there one to the living room where I use it the most Btw all these companies make a big fool of us about the lifespan of LEDs, my originals from Lithonia claimed to last 50,000 hours and I installed them in 2014 and used an average of 5 hours (average) per day which would mean that I should have had another 50,000 - 5 hours x 365 x 5 years = 40,000 hours lifespan still on the one that went bad so I don't think even this one will last that long but at least it should en the companies are penalized for false marketing and pollution as the one that goes bad ends up in a landfill.
