I love this breakfast sandwich maker! I often send my husband over for a breakfast sandwich or burrito, but nothing beats the convenience of making them at home and being able to vary the ingredients at will. For example, English muffins fit perfectly in a sandwich maker and I love sourdough bread. I took a large piece of sourdough bread and cut two circles out of it that were perfect for a sandwich maker. Lightly oiled and it turned out perfect! For meat, I used Canadian bacon and my favorite pre-cooked bacon. I added avocado and tomato and these sandwiches were perfect too. Eggs are a great source of protein to start the morning and they really keep me from cravings for the rest of the day! I have one regret. I did not purchase a double breakfast sandwich maker. My husband often goes to work when I eat breakfast, so I figured a single would do. But he also loves these sandwiches. Summer is coming and his schedule has become more flexible, allowing him to come home for breakfast more often. OK. Making two sandwiches is pretty easy; You only need 4 minutes to make!
