OMG this product was so disappointed. Why didn't they tell me it was hard, hard, leather. It was supposed to be a present. And it's real leather. Your advertising was misleading and intentionally left out all the important facts about this product. If you are looking for an eye-catching handbag, this is NOT THE ONE. It looks cheap and overpriced. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
