Needing brighter lighting, I purchased these "300 lumen" bulbs to replace the 150 lumen LEDs I had previously installed in my landscape lights. I was expecting they would be noticeably brighter, but once these were installed, the light output was indistinguishable from the 150 lumen bulbs. A disappointment that left me to believe the 300 lumen claim is bogus.They were packaged well, had a nice warm white glow, and fit perfectly into my existing G4 based lights.

Recommend for outdoor low-volt lighting fixtures. The bulb has all the leds protected inside a clear rubber mold, versus many other brands with a style where the leds are exposed. I replaced all my older ones that had exposed leds, which would get covered in spiderwebs and dirty, effecting cast of the light. These also appear brighter and throw off more light than similar rated leds that I replaced.

I wanted an LED replacement for the 20W T3/G4 halogen capsule bulb I had been using in a desk lamp. This is near-perfect in terms of light output. Yes, that means the brightness is closer to that of a 20W halogen rather than the advertised 30W, but that's fine with me. Color temperature (claimed to be 3000K) is very close to the halogen, as well.With ten of these in the package and a 12-month warranty, I should be set for a while. I'll update if there are any reliability issues.

Used these to replace our old bulbs in our landscape lights and these are brighter and whiter. Have had them for a month and still works like they did day one.

Installed in a small under-cabinet light unit.first time with these led ones.The unit has 2 settings and it works on both.perhaps a little bit of flicker on the lower setting.

The product does not work in my Broan kitchen exhaust hood. I was replacing 12v G4 halogen bulbs with these 12V G4 LEDs (for energy savings). Unfortunately, the LEDs would only light for about 30 seconds before turning off. If I turned the power off, then back on, I got the same results. Tried others from the same box and only lit for a second.I'm no expert, but could there be a faulty thermal cutout in the LED driver circuit that is turning the lights off after such a short time?Fortunately…

These are working very well so far but it has only been about 1week. Drawing far less wattage than the original supplied halogens the LED’s give a really nice "white” light from all I have replaced so far. I have 9 of 15 in and waiting for cooler weather to finish replacing other units. 😁 I’ll update if things change

Replaced all the halogen bulbs in the front landscape lighting. Never realized how hot the halogen actually made the fixtures until I replaced them. The light is more pleasing and the energy draw is much lower. I keep the lights on dusk/dawn now. Really nice product.

I have not used any of these bulbs yet the last bulbs where only two watt these are three watt but the same bulb should work even brighter.

I use these for step and walkway down-lights. They are brighter than the incandescents they replaced, and of course save on electricity by a lot, and so save money and help our planet. They burn much cooler. Well worth the price!

I can see no difference in light output than with my previous 20w bulbs. Color only slightly whiter, not a stark blue-white light. Very pleased

I've used about half the package and all bulbs have been functional. However, the real test is to see if they last at least a couple of years.

Much brighter, less energy draw, and less heat when I changed the old bulbs for these new LED bulbs. Easy to install in the old fixture, and they produce a whiter light.

I replaced lights in kitchen with daylight led , these replaced factory yellow lights under the cabinets , now have bright white light on counter top to match . Makes really big difference at night when cooking and during the cloudy days as well .

Bought these to replace some burned out LEDs on the landscape lighting. The landscape replacement bulbs are $15 each, these are $2.50. Installed a month ago and all are working well. Up to you.

These are so much better than the hot, dangerous halogen bulbs that came with our old under the counter puck lights. Have scars to prove the heat has disappeared. But our bulbs were small G4 based bi-pins and it was hard to find G4s that were as bright as the halogen equivalents they replaced. That said, I would still buy these again. Try to look for a bigger wattage equivalent than the halogens you have, if you are replacing G4 bi-pin LED bulbs.

I changes all of my halogen bulbs of my path lamps to the LED bulbs and I am very pleased with the brightness and performance of these bulbs. i will recommend these to everyone

These use less wattage so you can go much brighter. These outlast halogen bulbs I installed at the same time by more than a year. I think I put these in more than two years ago and they are still fine.

Only gave it a 3 star rating on longevity, as it hasn't been in the fixture long enough to check. I had to order the 10 pack in the G-4 base and it was exactly what I needed. The light fixture is much cooler to the touch and the brightness level is by far better than the 10 watt max bulb I was using prior in the fixture.
