Has 2 handles for long or short

This leash looks great. I bought it because it is reflective and long and can be kept shorter. My big one likes to walk right in front of me, so I end up stepping on his feet or tripping. So I needed a longer line. I get a lot of compliments when it comes to style. The only thing I don't like is that the shorter arm just flaps around. I'm thinking of adding some velcro to keep it in place when using the full length of the leash. Otherwise this is a good leash. I would buy another.
