WINOMO Automatic Gear Shift Knob Universal Fit Lever Cover (Black) The shift knob came in a padded envelope, however the packaging looked like it had already been opened and has been returned earlier. Upon further inspection I confirmed that all of the details pictured for this item were present. There are no instructions, so you'll have to figure out how to install it yourself: 1. Remove your current shift knob (search the web for how to do this for your vehicle). 2. Unscrew the top of the new shift knob and remove the spring and metal height adjuster. 3. From the three plastic adapters provided, choose the one that best fits your pinion shaft. 4. Take the disassembled metal shift knob and thread the shifter shaft through it so that it is on the underside of the shaft. 5. Push the plastic adapter onto the selector shaft from above. 6. Take the metal height adjuster and place it on the plastic adapter at the desired height. 7. Use the 3 screws provided to tighten the height adjuster. 8. Pull the gear knob up to close the height adjuster. 9. Insert the spring into the shift knob and screw the top of the knob back into place. The aluminum looks like a high quality aftermarket product. As others have said, "MOMO Italy" is written at the top of the pen I received. It's a bit smaller than my factory Dodge Nitro knob, so it needs some adjustment when shifting. So far I'm happy with the product except for the packaging.
