Our 3 year old Pomeranian (Loki) was a serious barker. He barked at everything and everyone! Now he will bark if the collar isn't on, but it's worth putting the collar around the GOLDEN SILENCE. Sometimes we just have to tell him "somebody get a collar" and that will stop him from barking. I would NEVER buy anything that would hurt him. I am sooooo glad I found this collar and cannot recommend it more highly. Especially for the price. If I could give 100 stars I would. Our lives haven't been this quiet for many years. By the way, if this is your first time collaring your pet, I would recommend using the video for years of humorous entertainment. lol! ***** This product worked so well I bought a second one for my mother's ailing barker.
