Ok. The small black plugs can be removed very easily. They are obstacles. There is nothing more to say about them. I run a small personal training studio with kickboxing and fitness programs for children from 2 years old. Children love to jump over it. They are a bit low for kids much older than 6 or so. but they come in handy again with my older, less mobile adult clients. I use them for agility practice, obstacle course style runs, etc.
