I’d give 6 stars if I could!I purchased this helmet a few months back. It was a bit small for me, and the sent a replacement liner for free. Had a problem with the Bluetooth shortly afterwards and this company has been extremely helpful and worked with me to resolve the problem. They sent a new batter to try (free of charge). When that didn’t resolve the problem they gave me a few options to resolve the problem. They could give a full refund, or they would send another helmet. This company went way above and beyond! I asked if they wanted me to send the old helmet back. They told me to keep it until the new one arrived. Due to circumstances beyond their control, I was advised they would not be able to tell me how long a wait that would be. I opted to wait on another helmet. When it arrived, I asked what I needed to do to send the old one back. All that was asked is to check on postage costs, and if it was to much to keep the helmet. I bought this helmet because it was Bluetooth capable. Knowing what I know now, I’d buy anything from this company! They truly have gone way out to ensure customer satisfaction!
