Not great, but GOOD! Best of all, each leg can be resized if you have swelling issues or have slightly different legs. The laces are hard and strong, so it won't be easy to break them. They dig into your flesh a bit though. Otherwise a very good dance or training shoe. I love the height of the hill because it's not too short and not too long! For me it's perfect! I recommend them! The size is exactly as ordered. I'm a perfect 7 and a size 7 fits just right.
