I am a 40 year old chiropractic patient with loose ligaments ie. I'm regularly put in my place, but I don't STAY in my place all the time. My neck is the biggest problem. I am a left-sided fetal sleeper with cases on my back and right side. It was a real challenge to find a pillow that supports my neck when I'm on my back AND keeps my head/neck straight when I'm on my side. I really like this pillow so far. I left the softest (white) core on either side but slept on the smaller of the two sides as I have a short neck. After about a week I "moved" to the blue core (the next one is harder compared to the white one). I'll probably pull the white core out of the larger side (where my back/top of head meets this part of the pillow) as I think this might aggravate my sensitive neck/head issues. I wake up WITHOUT a headache more times per week than before I slept on this pillow. It seemed to "roll up" towards the head of my bed until I put a piece of that punctured foam rubber that people use to line their kitchen cupboards under the pillow. I will be taking the package to my chiropractor so she can see everything about the pillow as she agreed that this pillow would probably suit me best. I was also happy about the price. My last pillow was $90, which is a really steep price when you're never sure if that pillow is going to be "the one" or if it's going to be tossed in the guest bedroom closet with the rest of your stuff. Orthopedic pillows!
