Bought this for my elderly 11 year old 3 1/2 lb Chihuahua who had allergy issues, thin, dull coat and lost some of his teeth to tartar. This product was recommended to me by a friend who has smaller dogs whose coats were not only beautiful but also appeared thinner. easy switching. Pleased with the small size of the nuggets. I lightly moisten her to create the "sauce" she loves! The transition to this brand was instantaneous. Within a week the itching stopped and I am happy to report that within a month her coat started to shine and within two months her skin had healed beautifully! She was in the Blue Desert for almost a year. She's skinny—her chicken legs actually look muscular (that says a lot about a three-pound Chihuahua). Their fur is much thicker and their allergies are gone; I hardly notice any dropout either. Her vet made a comment about her coat and how beautiful it is on her last visit. So we are very satisfied. My parents switched their small dog to Blue Wilderness after seeing the change in my dog and saw similar results. I highly recommend this brand.
