Review on Fireworks Scent Booster Beads for Laundry, Original, 26.5 Ounce by Tiffany Villavicencio

I was hoping that this product would eliminate or at least reduce the acidic smell of a front loading washing machine. After using it for 4-6 weeks I gave up and called the technician to check the machine and hoses. I was told that this product was just a 'fabric softener' which compounded my problem with the coating on the machine's internal drum. I've added vinegar and baking soda to the drum cleaning cycle 3 or 4 times and do it once a month now and the smell is gone. I also reduced the amount of detergent and left out the fabric softener.
