This would be a great wall phone for the wall socket I already had in the kitchen, other than the fact that the handset's plastic stand WILL NOT FIT! [Although the phone freezes.) It's really shabby as the originals had metal stops to match. How can you screw it up? Do you use pictures from a catalog or something similar? Shabby again. Also red light does not work with Verizon voip. In fact, I'm not sure it even has a working bulb/lamp. Okay, I checked and there's something in there, but the nut on the body and the "connection" are both covered in some sort of glue, so I doubt it'll actually work. Too many returns issues, but it works like a phone and at least the pins are positioned correctly for a US outlet. But if the phone doesn't fit properly in the stand, then it's really no good.
