I got very good at video chat during covid, doctors, friends, my kids. It was nice to see everyone but the hands holding the phone were just stunning. (I have RA) This will leave them in pain for days. I tried putting the phone on some objects and it ended up sliding down, but the worst part was the unflattering shot I always seemed to be in. Now I know why young people are holding their phones directly over their faces. Everything looks better. LAUGH OUT LOUD. But I could barely hold the phone, let alone hold it over me. It's big enough for me to get things done standing up and it's hands-free but at eye level. (I'm 5'5"). When I'm sitting, I can position it a little higher at the perfect angle and look down at me. It's very durable if you have the bottom platform at the same angle as your phone. The sliding spring clip is a bit tight so you have to pull really hard to get your phone in but I think this is a positive as I don't want my phone popping out.on the video with it.I like it.
