It cleans teeth well. BUT DRINK! You need to decide the design of these nozzles. They have openings (for lack of a better word) on their heads that allow saliva to flow out of their mouths when brushing their teeth. Toothpaste/saliva drips out of my mouth no matter how hard I try. Also a big annoyance. Communication with the phone is easy to set up, it's cool ... but I didn't buy it for that reason. The battery lasts a long time. I left it unplugged for a week and it was at 50% when I brushed twice a day... which brings me to my final thought that this thing only shows you the battery percentage when you put it on the charger ( wireless/magnetic charger is cool ). I wish it would show you the battery percentage when you turn it on and off so you can better see that you don't need to connect your phone or put it on the charging dock. As a result... does he brush his teeth well? Yes. Aren't there too many issues standing in the way of a great clean? After two weeks of use I can say yes. I am considering returning to Sonicare.
