Really great product, first I wanted to try it as it's a bit expensive. The worst that can happen is that it doesn't live up to my expectations and I can get it back through Revain. But when I got it, I really liked it. The reasons I recommend it are: 1. Excellent customer service. The screen kept flickering when I plugged in my laptop after I first received the product. I was using a USB C to USB C connection. I then contacted customer service first and told them what had happened. They said my laptop's USB-C port had no power and suggested I plug in an external 10W+ plug. The problem was quickly resolved. (Can also be connected with USB-C to USB-A (red) and USB-A (black) cables)2. Good packaging. It not only looks very nice, but is also very neatly packed inside. So the product will be well protected.3. Easy driver installation. I didn't have to go to any website to find the drivers to download, it has a built in driver card, just locate the appropriate driver disk in "This PC" and click to select the appropriate driver.4. Very high resolution and no delay. With the triple expansion selected, I can drag folders or websites from the home screen to any screen next to it. There is no clog and it is very silky smooth. Exactly as I showed on video.5. The screen brightness can be adjusted. The brightness of the extension screen can be adjusted independently from the laptop, allowing you to adjust the screen brightness according to the environment and give your eyes the most comfortable touch experience.6. Flexible retractable stand. To prevent the laptop from falling backwards, the product has an adjustable stand. However, putting it on my lap to work was not very comfortable, probably due to the weight of the product itself. Overall very good nonetheless and highly recommended
