It was easy to assemble and put together. I ignored the part of the instructions where I had to tighten the posts before assembly which made things a bit more difficult, but that's because I know better than the people who designed this thing. Looking back, I understand why they gave such instructions. IT WAS a little tricky to hold the telescoping rods in place during assembly, so 4/5, but now that it's done they've stayed in place. In any case, it's a lot more stable than the previous setup (for my green screen), so it's fine.
