I received this product, it is very durable and easy to assemble. Once properly installed, I'm not worried about the two 27 inch monitors I installed falling or becoming unbalanced. They are relatively easy to set up considering the following disadvantages. Loosen both screws, I deducted 1 star) CONS: When I checked all the connections to make sure they move well and don't wobble, I found that there is no tool included to fit the adjustment screws and maintain tension to adjust the monitor mount . 2 Allen keys were included, 1 (4mm) smaller and 1 larger (7mm) but none fit as 7mm was too big and the other was too small. I was able to use the 6mm a bit, but I couldn't loosen it by hand at all. I was finally able to loosen those two bolts by clamping the lever on the bench and using an impact wrench with a 6mm bit, broke them. So maybe you have some extra work to do and be sure to check all the screws before assembling the T and mounting everything. Other than that I would definitely buy it again, it's a fantastic price and great features.
