This bracket is very well made. Nothing is missing or damaged as others have said. I was concerned about my order after reading some reviews but mine was packaged well. No complaints here. Quick and easy installation. Wanted to set our son up for school and play and still have desk space but the monitor stands didn't allow for that. It can accommodate two 23-inch monitors and offers all the space you need. A little play on the Versa mount but once you line them up they look fine. So I bought this dual monitor stand to hold my two 32 inch Dell S3220DGF monitors. It was great for a few weeks. One of my annoyances was that it didn't really allow me to position the monitors so that I could stack them on top of each other to make the wallpaper look smaller. The gap was about half an inch. Comes with a very strong clamp mount but my desk required installation with a grommet and a 5/8" hole drilled at the top. I knew that from the beginning and am very happy with the result. The hole is covered by the base of the stand. The frame bar is very reliable. The design of the whole mechanism is solid, there is no backlash and no sagging in the joints. Easy to install. It didn't fit my C-clamp table so I screwed mine in and it was solid. My only problem is that you can't make the screens completely symmetrical. I don't know if I'm defective or not. One side stays solid and doesn't move until I move it, but the other side feels free and wobbles. I have to keep redoing it. I've tried tightening and mounting the screws to no avail. For the price you can't beat the quality of this stand. It fits my dual 28.5" monitor perfectly. It seems pretty solid in the configuration I installed it in (screwing through the table). I can't comment on any other mounting configuration as my table design requires it not allowed me to use this method.
