Got it 10 days ago and have been using it ever since. So far everything is working as expected. The software is a little buggy but I'm pretty sure it's not a hardware issue and will be fixed. The vacuum cleaner loses connection with the phone at random times and sometimes it takes a while to reconnect. The first time the vacuum cleaner is very stubborn and tries to reach all possible places and does not give up easily. He performed a complete house cleaning several times to find an effective cleaning method. Impressed with the hardware and software so far, although I did mention that it needs improvement in terms of connectivity. The mopping function is great, I had a few dried out stubborn stains in my kitchen, I set the vibrate mode to maximum water flow and selected the option to wash the same area three times and voila, the stains were gone from the kitchen floor.
