Easy to put on, easy to take off and very comfortable (IMHO more comfortable than the original foam). I've been using these cases for about 6 months. The faux leather might not be as grippy as the original foam, but putting the headset on properly usually helps, and I've had no issues with the device slipping on my face. The way the faux leather crumples on the device results in some funny lines on your forehead as others have pointed out, although they're not much more noticeable than the bruises the original foam would have left on my face.
