Whatever this 'new formula' is, it's no good. I have a feeling the wax is thicker and should be less painful, but it's no longer a one-puff formula. The wax comes off my leg in clumps when I try to remove the hair. Instead I have giant pink honey spots that I have to glue back onto the strip. I used to be able to use a stripe front and back on each leg, but now I think I have enough stick for a snatch on each side. It gets the job done when it wants to, so it's hard not to think of user error. It is not. That formula is cool, Jack.
