Can't read in the car, battery low

I eat these products for a while because I use them for a restaurant. Doesn't work in the car, sometimes the guest stands in front of the door without a signal. Now it's suitable for water, we disinfected it with wipes, it doesn't get damaged and it's not wet at all. Try resetting a few times, it doesn't work. So I changed my mind, just use the app
