The ability to automate some of our more tedious tasks was great as we can now manage everything from one place with ease! We struggled when it came time set up things like SSL certificates, but their support team helped us right away once I reached out via Slack chat (which saved me $100!). It would be helpful if they offered an API so integration could become easier moving forward; however this wasn't something discussed at signup either way which isn’t surprising given how easy setting these services are in general - not much work needed here outside configuring what you need each month-to-month depending upon your needs/requirements.- Automate repetitive task management through automation tools such as Zapier or IFTTT where appropriate using webhooks within platforms provided eases life tremendously especially during busy seasons without having multiple people handling similar issues.
