Disappointing Elastic Skirt by Floerns
This skirt does not live up to the standard of womens fashion. the elastic waistband is cheaply made and falls apart easily. However, the one positive aspect is the pleated design, which adds some flair to an otherwise lackluster item. Overall, I would not recommend this skirt to anyone looking for a quality piece to add to their wardrobe..
