The only minus I have so far is not in the back scratches, but in the shape of the body! Or should I say wrong form! There are still places I can't go! The color of the handles is also not convincing. I like purple and black is neutral and green and red are a bit "dirty", but color isn't a big selling factor. How well do they work / last or don't they work / last. I've only used 1 and given a few away so my opinion is limited at the moment. Let me put it this way: I love the shape of the bear claws; the stem fits snug enough for now that it doesn't slip down during use and tip over with a claw (my old one did both, the reason I ordered them); it's durable enough to be used with decent force, in other words it really scrapes and not just strokes; and those 8 cost about the same as some of the individual options I've found. If the above "likes" don't turn into disappointments very soon, I think it was a very good deal.
