Review on 🧼 Borax Powder (1 Gallon) - Versatile Cleaning Agent & Laundry Enhancer, Odor Eliminator & Stain Remover in Resealable Bucket by Athenasby Whitney

I make a lot of cleaners myself and decided to save a few bucks more by purchasing. I am extremely disappointed. This product sticks together and does not dissolve well even in warm water. As usual, when I mix it, some sort of chemical reaction occurs that renders my finished product useless. (i.e. if I mix "brand borax" with castile and lemon juice, I get a great product. When I used this brand, a heat-generating chemical reaction took place that made my product as hard as concrete.) Doesn't exist Mention of fillers or other ingredients on the packaging, but given the chemical reaction mentioned above, I doubt it's 100% pure. I will not buy again. The lid does not seem to have been tested by the manufacturer. There are about 6 areas that must be open "holes" where you punch through the plastic to open it, just like any 5 gallon bucket of this type. However, only 2 of the 6 holes in my lid were "open", I could see where the plastic was thinner to be cut through and when I did I had no problem opening the lid. As mentioned before, you need to be smarter than an inanimate object.
