They are suitable for both children and adults when someone with nasal congestion, colds, etc. feels unwell. Not being able to breathe and just feeling lethargic is awful, so this is definitely something to have on hand if that happens. Bath bombs are a bit small, but they make a nice fizz when you put them in the bath. They instantly release a cooling, nose-cleansing scent that really brings relief. It's so wonderful to be able to just relax, breathe and feel better. It's not exactly a frugal bath bomb, but sometimes it's worth paying more for something that brings relief — and a cold. And flu drugs are expensive! I think it's worth a try, at least to see if it does what you need. Having a 5 pack is great as the common cold usually lasts for several days and this pack can help you get through the worst of it.
