Dell makes decent computers so I have no complaints. My problem is that the product does not match the description. I was looking for a laptop with an optical drive so I could play DVDs and CDs. I googled these specific requirements and was directed to this laptop. Then while at Amazon I reintroduced laptops + optical drive. Again this computer showed up. In the "Ask a question" section, I asked if I could play DVDs on it and the answer was yes. So imagine how disappointed I was when I saw that it didn't have an optical drive and I would have to buy an additional device to play the DVD I bought this laptop for. Although the laptop is ok, it didn't live up to my expectations. If I had known there was no optical drive, I would not have bought one. It arrived the day before I was scheduled to leave for an extended period of time so there was no convenient way to bring it back.
