This product has great reviews so I bought it with that in mind in the first place, it's probably great for most buyers. Unfortunately, I am not one of the buyers who have had positive experiences. My complaint about this product is that it has given me an outbreak of tiny bumps and a pimple-like baby in the 2+ months that I have been using it. I think I'm allergic to betaine, assuming. In fairness I have to say that I discontinued the product for a week without disqualification before coming to this conclusion. Within a week the problem was fixed so I know it was a face wash. Don't take my word for it, you might like it, but if you notice a sudden flare-up of tiny bumps, you probably shouldn't be using this product.
