Works as advertised. I bought about a dozen kits to install our UPSs in a server rack. It includes all the hardware needed to install the UPS (plus some hardware we don't need, screws, etc.). The UPS units are quite heavy and seem to be holding up well. I will probably order 6 more to complete the project. The only downside is that they are quite expensive, but not so expensive that I want to make them myself. So far no problems. By the way, my server rack is quite heavy, with about a dozen 3000kVA units installed in it. I've never had so many batteries in a rack!
