Change Management Innovations has been great to partner up and utilize
The way they treat you as an individual; their attention span when speaking with them about a particular issue or problem - it's almost like there are no boundaries! It would be nice if I could have more of my own input into what we're doing at any given moment but this isn't something I've seen yet in our relationship so far.
They can provide insight for new ways things may need improving (which helps us move forward) but most importantly give me ideas where change management might help improve how work gets done within your organization/company which makes everything better overall. We use CHANGE MANAGEMENT INNOVATION COMPANY all over campus here at UF because everyone knows who they are & trust them implicitly.
Pros
- Their expertise is great to hear from once every couple months..it certainly doesn' t hurt that some times he calls right before important changes get made.
- We know exactly why each thing will come down upon we don’t just take suggestions without giving advice ourselves.there tends not too much wasted time between meetings
