The shirt fit okay in the sleeves, neck and chest, however it was a bit too short for my taste. I purchased because i wanted a dressy shirt to wear to evenings out or even to church with black pants. However as an adult married woman, the shirt is more in line with a younger woman. It is a very nice blouse, but just a bit short. I purchase the same blouse without the shimmer and those two fit perfectly. So the shimmery ones do fit short and I believe that is just the style, but they advertising should indicate this.
