I have a 2001 Dodge Dakota SPORT with odd size factory SPORT mirrors. There appear to be NO tow mirrors made specifically for this model and other universal tow mirrors I found were either bulky or looked really fancy. This mirror fits well, looks good and is quick to put on and take off. fastened easily, firmly and securely. They are highly customizable and fit almost ANY application. For the PRICE, looks and performance, I would suggest these over the more expensive one offs. I've previously ordered a set of CIBA towing mirrors (which didn't fit) and found the attachment system used didn't feel as easy or secure as this model. I ordered an extra set of straps for each mirror. I bought two mirrors; The only weak link is the rubber bands. They are fairly strong new but with age and use I would expect them to deteriorate. If I manage to "fix" something with these tow mirrors, I would expect them to just snap the straps and pop out, leaving my original mirrors and car intact.
