You get what you pay for. This device is a bit skimpy, but the RJ-45 ports - at least on the back - are picky about which ports they accept. Plenty RJ-45 plugs had to be pushed back to fit the jacks.The plugs are a brittle plastic and sometimes broke from this movement.Apparently the manufacturer prepared two spare jacks for this, so I had spare replacements.However, the poor quality remains and I expect problems in the long run. I wish I had bought a branded patch panel. It wasn't cheap but not top shelf. Certainly not ready for prime time. I use it at home, I would replace it. Buyers beware.
