    Custom width arrived, not a 19 " rack.

    This unit did not arrive standard for a 19 inch rack as advertised. The width and distance between the mounting holes is literally 4mm smaller and I couldn't mount both sides with screws. Really stupid.

    Ok, but maybe missing components?

    Cable tested, fully functional. My package only had 2 keystone connectors, but the seller's title says it comes "fully loaded". Do I have to buy them separately? It's a bit disappointing that there are only 2 in the set.

    patch panels are a thing of the past. I am in the process of installing a network for a flex room in my house. All sockets checked. Path. I use for PoE.

    Bought for my home data closet

    This is a nice little addition to my home data closet shelf. I'm working on tidying up the massive amount of cables I have in my closet. Easy to install, comes with a few extra patch connectors and works great. No questions

    You get what you pay for. This device is a bit skimpy, but the RJ-45 ports - at least on the back - are picky about which ports they accept. Plenty RJ-45 plugs had to be pushed back to fit the jacks.The plugs are a brittle plastic and sometimes broke from this movement.Apparently the manufacturer prepared two spare jacks for this, so I had spare replacements.However, the poor quality remains and I expect problems in the long run. I wish I had bought a branded patch panel. It wasn't cheap butโ€ฆ

    Spent about 4 hours troubleshooting non-working CAT 5/6 starts Reconnected, traced, used another (faulty product) for start-up tests Eventually the problem was that the connector on the Panel failure wasMore of a point failure which is unreliable and I only used 20% of the panel which is a high failure rate

    A cost-effective solution to a complex problem.

    I decided to purchase a cat knot to make it easier to attach and remove cat cords for a rack I built over the weekend. It turned out that the Cat outlets on the back of the server were difficult to reach. Now everything is right in front of the counter. It took less than a few minutes from packaging to installation, including assembly, but saved countless hours of digging in the back of the rack to install and remove cat cables. Definitely worth its price. It was well packaged and delivered onโ€ฆ

    Absolutely not worth your money!

    pins 7-8 don't work on most if not all keystones. I had to use my own keystones to run most of the chain and then order the rest. Not worth the money at all. You'd better buy the panel and keystone separately. The panel itself is good, but the keystone effects are not good.

    What they don't tell you

    All plastic. Supplied disassembled, requires assembly. instructions contained therein or for an item other than the one you have. And the instructions don't really tell you how to assemble it, it's not hard to understand but it's very cheaply made and sometimes won't connect without messing around with it. You omit a lot of information from the description

    You get what you pay for :(

    You get what you pay for. This device is a bit skimpy, but the RJ-45 ports - at least on the back - are picky about the ports accept. Many RJ-45 plugs had to be re-mated to fit the ports. The ports are made of brittle plastic and can sometimes snap from this movement. The manufacturer seems to have prepared two spare plugs for this - so I had to replace the spare parts however, poor quality remains and I expect problems in the long term. I wish I had bought a branded patch panel. It wasn'tโ€ฆ
