Review on ๐ŸŽฎ Durgod Taurus K320 TKL Gaming Keyboard - 87 Keys - Double Shot PBT Keycaps - NKRO - USB Type C (Cherry Black, Grey with White Backlight) by Jerome Turner

Revainrating 1 out of 5

In the beginning it was great. I do not recommend anymore. Considering a swap in 6 months.

First I switched from a full size Azio mechanical keyboard that used kailh brown keys to this cherry brown one and oh my god what a difference in feel and sound. First, it fits better in my VIVO keyboard drawer. I was concerned I wouldn't like an all plastic case unlike most high end keyboards, flexible etc. Not at all. This keyboard is solid and for its size it weighs quite a bit and doesn't move like my old keyboard. So far I like the keyboard and will work on getting the software to work as it does whatever I need right now, typing characters. on my computer. Only two cons so far: One that I was aware of and that is that the software is Windows, not Linux. The website is terrible and really buggy. I was finally able to download the .exe file using Chromium on Linux, Firefox wasn't good. Update 02/12/2020: The rubber pads detached from the small rear jack legs after only a month. The front pads are fine. It really lets the keyboard slide and needs to be changed a lot more now. Another update, 03012020: I think the total price was much higher than what I got with one star more. Don't get me wrong, I love the keyboard, BUT, 1) for the very HUGE price of $130, the rubber feet should stick forever, 2) I should have more backlight options without software since I'm using Linux or maybe something I do 3 ) A well working wrist rest with a premium price. I like it but I wouldn't recommend it to any Linux user and would only tell a friend if I give them all the above information. UPDATE 4/17/2020: Right now the keyboard just crashes and only works again if it's been unplugged and plugged back in within the last 2 months or 4 months. All in all, at $130, this isn't a very good keyboard. Too bad it's really good. To recap, the rubber feet fell off within two months, and for about 4 months I have to unplug and plug them in several times a week. I personally would look elsewhere. spilled coffee on one side of the keyboard. I will not buy or recommend Durgod keyboards to just anyone. Don't hope I can find a better one for less money.

Pros
  • Durgod K320 In a sturdy body with adjustable feet, you can tilt the keyboard up to relieve your wrists. (2 positions)
