Great keyboard/build, but software and firmware issues make it unusable

I love the keyboard and the build quality is amazing. Unfortunately I made the mistake of downloading Durgod's software while attempting to remap CapsLock. That was a big mistake - after that the keyboard became completely unusable and the custom driver was complete garbage. I was able to uninstall that driver and bind it to the default Microsoft driver (on Windows 10) and that made things a lot better, but still. not good. The keyboard in particular is often blocked, so that all keys no longer

Good value for money, although I wish the left shift key felt a little better.

Pros - Good build quality (body is plastic but for $100 it still seems pretty solid) - Nice pre-made keycaps. - Satisfactory clicks for most buttons. - USB-C! And the ability to lay the cable straight or in any direction! This is serious, so important that I don't want to buy a non-USB-C keyboard in 2019. Cons: Left Shift just isn't very comfortable to press. Since this key is used in many games, it almost always catches my eye. A lot of mechanical keyboards seem to have this problem, and it'sโ€ฆ

Needless to say, the best Mechie for the money is every typist's dream.

This review is for typists, not gamers. I wish I had the brains to set up and deck out my own superduper mechanical keyboard like all those R/mechanical keyboard braggarts, but I'm not that type of guy. However, as a writer and student, I spend at least five hours a day typing. A few years ago, someone mentioned to me that getting rid of the membrane keyboard would reduce fatigue and slow me down, thus reducing errors. I've tried and I've certainly never regretted it. My first was Corsair withโ€ฆ

In the beginning it was great. I do not recommend anymore. Considering a swap in 6 months.

First I switched from a full size Azio mechanical keyboard that used kailh brown keys to this cherry brown one and oh my god what a difference in feel and sound. First, it fits better in my VIVO keyboard drawer. I was concerned I wouldn't like an all plastic case unlike most high end keyboards, flexible etc. Not at all. This keyboard is solid and for its size it weighs quite a bit and doesn't move like my old keyboard. So far I like the keyboard and will work on getting the software to work asโ€ฆ
