Review on 🎮 Durgod Taurus K320 TKL Gaming Keyboard - 87 Keys - Double Shot PBT Keycaps - NKRO - USB Type C (Cherry Black, Grey with White Backlight) by Chris Morgan

I love the keyboard and the build quality is amazing. Unfortunately I made the mistake of downloading Durgod's software while attempting to remap CapsLock. That was a big mistake - after that the keyboard became completely unusable and the custom driver was complete garbage. I was able to uninstall that driver and bind it to the default Microsoft driver (on Windows 10) and that made things a lot better, but still. not good. The keyboard in particular is often blocked, so that all keys no longer work. (Easy to check by pressing ScrLk and noticing that the lights stop working.) Disconnecting the USB cable (at both ends, it doesn't matter which one, so not a bad connection in the cable) and reconnecting it solves it. for some time. The software I installed contained a "firmware update" which I believe is largely responsible for the problems. It's incredibly destructive when you're typing and the keyboard suddenly becomes unresponsive. This can happen at any time and doesn't appear to be related to laptop sleep/wake or anything like that. It's pretty rare that I haven't replaced a keyboard yet, but I'm close. If they fixed the software to just work, this keyboard would be 5 stars not 1 star. When it works, it's a pleasure to use. But freezing is just totally unacceptable. Note that I have other keyboards (membrane) that I like less but don't suffer from these issues at all.
