The platform has been intuitive for us with our team members who are not technical experts but can use it effectively from day one! I wish we could do more integrations into third party sites like Hubspot or Salesforce so as soon an order comes through you don't have go back out there looking for information about what was purchased/sold etc - just come straight onto My Presenencies where everything lives together seamlessly!! We've managed all things related to lead generation since launch including nurturing prospects via email campaigns, creating opportunities by filling forms when they land up at various websites (like Google) using their contact details obtained elsewhere e.g LinkedIn profiles / social media posts then communicating those leads further once signed-up to get feedback form answers which feed directly into CRM system if required.
